All orders dispatched from our offices are guaranteed to be delivered. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It's at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order. This is a fantastic service that we feel is absolutely essential to provide peace-of-mind to our customers.

All orders placed with The Bootylicious Dutchman South Africa require one business day for processing. Please note that we can only begin processing your order once your payment has been successfully cleared.

We partner with a trusted courier broker, Pudo, to deliver your parcels. Pudo works with The Delivery Guy.

Our couriers promise a delivery timeframe of 24 to 92 hours from the point of dispatch. However, please be aware that rural and far-out areas may experience slightly longer delivery times, typically an additional day or two.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking link/number. By clicking on the tracking link, you will be directed to the courier's page, where you can find their telephone number and track the progress of your parcel. Feel free to contact the courier directly for any updates regarding your delivery.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, couriers experience high volumes of shipments, which may lead to unforeseen delays. While our couriers strive to maintain their 24-92 hour service, please be aware that delays may occur during these busy periods.
